Tipping can be added to your booking via the booking system on our website or directly to your cleaner in cash. Tips are not obligated but shows your cleaner appreciation for their service. All tips are 100% directed to your scheduled cleaner. Our policy is that tipping is always appreciated by the Mrs Clean cleaners who go above and beyond, but never required. You can reschedule any booking without penalty, so long as you do so at least 24 hours ahead of the scheduled start time. If you would like to add more time you can for an additional $25 per hour. Example: A 1 bdr, 1 bth with oven cleaned will take max 3.5 hours or a 2bdr 2bth will take 4hours max. We are also disinfecting light switches and for handles on each visits.
